- All price stated on the website are Nett amount. There will not be any hidden cost and all pricing is in SGD.
- Upon submission of your order, we will reply your email within 24 hours with a confirmation email to ensure the pricing and the availability of the products.
- Once you received our confirmation letter, you may proceed to make payment via Bank Transfer or by Self-Collection. If your ordering form doesn't included the mode of payment, we will treated the mode of payment as Bank Transfer.
- We will reserve the products for 3 days, allowing you to proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer. As we understand that you might not have the time to proceed with the iBanking, you can drop us an email via sales.ourlittlecollection@gmail.com and we will extended the reservation to a maximum of 7 days.
- Any unreply confirmation letter within 3 day(s), will be considered as void and you need to re-submit your ordering form again.
- We will only proceed to delivery the product(s) once we received the full amount.
- All Products listed in the website are subjected to availability.
- We made every effort to display the color of the products appear on our website as accurate as possible. However, the actual color you seen on your monitor may vary due to color resolution and screen resolution.
- The measurement of the products given on the website is based on inch(s), and due to certain materials that are stretchable, individual product may vary by at least +/- 5 inchs.
- All goods sold are not refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
Defective Product(s)
- We check all our products before postage. If any defect is found, please contract us at sales.ourlittlecollection@gmail.com.
- All defect products must be posted back to our address within a week of purchase. Any defect product that reported after a week will be deeming invalid.
- We will only replace the same product for the defective item. In the event that the item is sold out, another product with the same value will be replaced of your choice.
Postage and Self-Collection
- Singpost will normally takes around 2 to 4 working days to deliver items (excluding Sunday/Public holidays).
- We are not responsible for any lost in transit item. Hence, we urge customers to opt for Registered Mail for product delivery, as there is a Reference Number for us to track.
- All the status of the order will be updated on the Order Status Panel for you to track.
- For Self-Collection, Customer is encourage to print the confirmation email for verification purposes.
- All customers are encourage to be punctual, in any case of delay, you can contract us to re-arrange the timing. If not, you are given a 15 minutes grace period before the order is considered void.
